The property features 3 bedrooms and a total area of approximately 75 sqm (including the loft floor space). Wake up to stunning sea views and take a peaceful morning dip just a few steps from your door. There is a private pier with sailboat depth at the waterfront lot.
Enjoy a large, west-facing sun terrace equipped with lounge furniture and a dining area. The property includes a small private beach strip for children as well as beautiful rocks. A larger sandy beach is also located nearby in the bay.
Located close to Loftahammar (approx. 7 km) where you will find a golf course, mini-golf, padel court, and tennis court. The village also offers restaurants, a bakery, a marina, a seaside pub, a pizzeria, and a well-stocked "ICA Kusten" grocery store.
There is a proper car road leading all the way to the house. The location is about 2.5 hours south of Stockholm, making it a perfect starting point if you want to sail to Gotland or Öland.
Available exclusively for quiet stays for responsible couple or family. No pets and no smoking allowed. Maximum 5 people and 1 family per booking.

Rent a boat with motor: HR 400 with a 4hp Mercury engine. Perfect for fishing or exploring nearby rocky shores and islands.
Rent a private sauna: From the sauna, it is just a few steps down to the pier for a refreshing, cooling dip.
